糜子中还原糖含量测定方法的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了测定糜子中还原糖含量,通过试验建立了3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)比色法。对DNS法中样品前处理的影响因素,如提取液及温度进行了考察,并进行了精密度与回收率试验,测得标准偏差为0.007 7,变异系数为0.011 7,回收率范围85.0%~100%。结果表明,DNS法具有较好的稳定性与灵敏度,可代替国标GB/T 5513—2008铁氰化钾法,适用于试验室糜子还原糖含量的测定。 In order to determine the content of reducing sugar in prosomillet, employed 3, 5-dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS) colorimetric method in this paper. The influence factors of sample pretreatment, such as extract volume and temperature was investigated. Measured the standard deviation was 0.007 7, the variation coefficient was 0.011 7, the values of recovery was in the range of 85.0% ~100%. The results showed that the DNS method had good stability and sensitivity, could substitute potassium ferricyanide method in GB/T 5513 — 2008 and applicable to lab prosomillet determination of reducing sugar content.
