汽轮机高中压缸平衡盘漏汽试验研究

摘要 对高中压合缸汽轮机组,平衡盘漏汽是影响机组经济性的原因之一。通过对不同容量及类型机组开展平衡盘漏汽试验,得出高中压合缸机组中轴封漏汽率高于设计值情况较为普遍,变汽温法也是测量平衡盘漏汽率的简单有效方法。结合不同机组检修及改造经验,指出影响平衡盘漏汽的原因,并提出整改建议,达到节能降耗目的。 For HP&IP cylinder combination units, gland steam leakage is one of the reasons which havenegative effects on unit economy. Through series of gland steam leakage tests on units of different typesand capacities, we find it common that the real gland steam leakage rate is higher than the design rate.Changeof steam temperature test is a simple effective way to measure gland steam leakage. With rich ex-perience of units maintenance and technical modification, we will point out reasons that influence thegland steam leakage and give suggestions addordingly to achieve the goal of energy conservation and con-sumption cut.
