摘要
近年来,分子标记技术的应用越来越广泛,特别是在作物育种中,起着越来越重要的作用。首先针对分子标记技术中的特点、类型进行分析,进一步根据建立遗传图谱、遗传多样性、分子标记辅助选择、品种鉴定、核心种质的保存几方面对分子标记在作物育种中的应用进行分析,研究分子标记在辅助作物育种中存在的问题及其发展前景。
The application of molecular marker technology is more and more widely, is playing a more and more important role especially in plant breeding. This paper analyzed in view of the characteristics and types of molecular markers, ana- lyzed the application of plant breeding from establishing genetic map, genetic diversity, marker-assisted selection, cultivar identification and core germplasm preservation, studied the existing problems and development prospect of molecular markers in the auxiliary plant breeding.
