新疆190份棉花材料的遗传多样性评价

摘要 本研究对新疆收集的190份棉花材料进行了主要性状的调查评价,同时结合26个SSR核心标记鉴定的基因型信息,研究了新疆棉花农家种的遗传多样性。结果表明:这些资源在8个主要性状上呈现较为丰富的表型变异,变异系数范围为2.06%~25.62%,香农(Shannon)多样性指数范围为1.4771~2.0631,基因多样性指数变幅度范围为0.5512~0.8336,香农(Shannon)多样性指数(H′)变幅度范围为0.9221~2.0435;利用26个SSR分子标记信息将所有材料分为8个类群,除了类群Ⅰ与其他7个类群分子遗传距离较远外,其余7个类群分子遗传距离较小;各类群内材料均存在一定的表型变异,类群Ⅰ的纤维上半部平均长度、断裂比强度、整齐度指数和伸长率最优,类群Ⅷ的籽棉、皮棉和衣分指标最高。本研究从表型和基因型系统评价了新疆190份棉花材料的遗传多样性,为后续棉花种质资源创新和新品种选育提供了依据。 The genetic diversity analysis of 190 cotton cultivars collected from Xinjiang was performed integrating agronomic traits evaluation with the genotyping outcome using 26 SSR markers.The results showed that these resources showed the abundant phenotypic diversity was observed showing the variance coefficient and Shannon diversity index of 8 morphological traits ranged from 2.06%to 25.62%and 1.4771 to 2.0631,respectively.The variation range and Shannon(H’)of gene diversity index is 0.5512~0.8336 and 0.9221~2.0435,respectively.These cotton cultivars were divided into eight genetic groups by cluster analysis,and the genetic distance between group I and the other seven groups is relatively far.Levels of phenotypic variation were revealed in each cluster.The performance of the fiber length(FL),fiber strength(FS),fiber uniformity(FU)and fiber elongation(FE)in clusterⅠwas superior,while the performance of seed wight(SW),lint wight(LW)and lint percentage(LP)in clusterⅧwas superior.Our study showed the genetic diversity of 190 cotton cultivars collected from Xinjiang based on the phenotype evaluation and genotype analysis,which would provide insights for the germplasm innovation and breeding for new varieties in cotton.
