摘要
金东明教授治疗泄泻从经典理论出发,理论联系实际,善用五苓散化裁治疗泄泻。其理之源为《伤寒论》太阳病及霍乱病辨治,前者为五苓散治疗膀胱蓄水,后者为五苓散治疗霍乱泄泻。其方之法为一醒脾:用芳香之品健运脾气;二调肾:因先后天之本互滋互犯、太阴与少阴不能截然分开而酌调肾之阴阳;三通阳:根据"阳气贵夫通"之理而酌用桂枝等辛温之品。其药之用为健运利湿固涩同行;其创新点为凡属脾肾虚泄泻无问新久,均用本方合赤石脂禹余粮汤或厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤、四逆辈、酌用五味子。

The drug use for the health of lishi is acerbity counterparts; Its innovation points for all the spleen kidney empty diarrhea not ask new for a long time,in his own or red halloysite yu surplus grain soup or ginger pinellia licorice ginseng decoction,four inverse generation,action in fructus schisandrae.
