摘要
目的研究五苓散加味(山楂、神曲、泽泻等)治疗原发性高脂血症患者的疗效,并与舒降之比较。方法五苓散加味治疗66例原发性高脂血症患者的疗效,舒降之治疗42例。两组疗程均为60d。比较了两组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、血浆载脂蛋白A(apoA)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)、脂蛋白a(Lpa)、动脉硬化指数(AI)等。结果两组总体疗效比较五苓散加味组的总有效率为86.4,与舒降之疗效(88.1)比较,经检验差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组个体疗效比较五苓散加味组治疗TC、HDLC、AI的个体疗效总有效率,与舒降之组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗TG个体疗效总有效率,与舒降之组比较有显著性(P<0.05)。不良事件两组自身前后心率、血压、体重变化比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。五苓散加味组服药期间,偶有胃部不适4例(5.71),舒降之组见腹部不适2例(4.55),睡眠差5例(11.4)。均能耐受,能顺利完成疗程。结论五苓散加味治疗原发性高脂血症总体疗效与舒降之相近。五苓散加味调节血脂个体疗效方面控制TG比舒降之好,其余与舒降之效果相似。
AIM: To study the effect of Wuling Sang(Fructus Crataegi, Fermentata Massa medicata, Rhizoma Alismatis, etc.) on the treatment of the patients with primary hyperlipemia(compared with Simvastatin Tablets). METHODS: All patients between two groups had been treated for a same course(60 days).The results of serum total cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride(TG)、high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)、serum apolipoprotein A(apoA)、apolipoprotein B(apoB)、lipoprotein A(Lpa)、arteriosclerosis index(AI)were compared between two groups. RESULTS: The total effect of SWS group was 86.4%,and the Simvastatin group was 88.1%(P>0.05,tested by Wilconxon). There was almost no difference between the total effect of two groups. The individual effect of TC、HDL-C、AI in SWS group was equal to the Simvastatin group(P>0.05). But the Wuling Sang could obviously decrease serum TG content than Simvastatin(P<0.05). The authors considered the total effect of SWS was equal to Simvastatin group,most of individual effect was also equal between two groups, but the decrease of TG in SWS group was obviously better than other group. Compared with pretreatment and post-treatment phase,the heart rate、blood pressure and body weight had no changes in both groups(P>0.05). The adverse drug reactions were stomach discomfort(4 patiens in SWS) group, 5.71%), abdominal discomfort(2 patiens in Simvastatin group, 4.55% ) and sleeplessness(5 patiens in Simvastatin group, 11.4%) . CONCLUSION: The results show the TCM drug SWS is effective and softy on treating the patients with primary hyperlipemia.
