摘要
目的探讨五苓散对高脂饮食大鼠血脂及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法将40只清洁级SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,五苓散高、中、低剂量组,每组8只。正常对照组普食饲养,其余各组高脂饲养6周建立高脂饮食大鼠模型。6周后模型对照组及正常对照组以蒸馏水灌胃,五苓散高、中、低剂量组分别以不同剂量的五苓散水煎液灌胃,连续灌胃4周后腹主动脉取血,分离血清,检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,取肝组织匀浆上清液检测SOD活性。结果五苓散高、中、低剂量组均可显著降低高脂饮食模型大鼠血清TC,LDL-C含量,升高HDL-C含量及SOD活性,与模型对照组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论五苓散可降低高脂饮食大鼠血脂,维持肝组织正常的抗氧化能力,在脂质代谢紊乱相关疾病的治疗方面具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To study the effects of Wuling Powder on the level of blood lipid and activity of SOD in liver tissue of rat models of high-fat diet.Methods 40 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,high,middle and low dose group of Wuling Powder,8 rats per group.Except for normal control group,others rats had been given high-fat diet for 6 weeks to make model.Then the normal control group and model control group were administrated with distilled water,and the rats of 3 different dose groups were administrated with different dose Wuling Powder for 4 weeks respectively,and the blood from the abdominal aorta was taken to detect the contents of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C,the liver homogenate was got to detect the activity of SOD.Results Compared with the model control group,the contents of TC and LDL-C in 3 different dose of Wuling Powder groups were significantly decreased,the content of HDL-C and the activity of SOD were significantly increased(P0.01).Conclusion Wuling Powder can reduce the blood lipid of rats of high-fat diet,maintain normal antioxidant ability of liver tissue,has the treatment role on dyslipidemia disease.
