环氧树脂水下修补剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究通过对环氧树脂固化体系各组分的亲水性和疏水性的调整,添加合适的颜填料和助剂,配制而成的修补剂实现了在水下对碳钢的良好粘接。对表面处理达St2.0级的碳钢水下剪切强度达14 MPa,水下涂刮的涂层附着力达0级,海水浸泡90天附着力不降低,1 mm厚的涂层经5000 h中性盐雾试验,无起泡、底材无生锈,浇注体的压缩强度为161 MPa,拉伸强度为44.2 MPa,缺口冲击强度为45 J/m。 By adjusting the content of hydrophilic and hydrophobic components of epoxy resin curing system and adding the appropriate fillers and additives, the repairing materials which had good adhesion with carbon steel underwater was developed. For carbon steel by surface treatment grade 2. 0, shear strength achieved 14 MPa under water, the coating adhesion was level 0, without reducing the adhesion ability after immersion in seawater 90 days, for 1 mm thickness coating, no bubble and rust appeared after 5000 h neutral salt spray test, the compressive strength of casting body was 161 MPa, the tensile strength was 44. 2 MPa, the notched impact strength was 45 J/m.
