摘要
以混合多元胺(1,6-己二胺和三乙烯四胺)、混合酚(苯酚、壬基酚和间甲酚)和多聚甲醛为主要原料,采用Mannich反应制备出一种水下EP(环氧树脂)用新型酚醛胺固化剂,并采用正交试验法优选出制备该固化剂的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:当n(苯酚):n(壬基酚)=1.5:1、n(间甲酚):n(王基酚):1.5:1、n(混合酚):n(多聚甲醛)=0.7:1、n(多聚甲醛)=0.3mol、n(1,6-己二胺):n(三乙烯四胺)=1.0:1、n(混合胺):n(多聚甲醛)=1.6:1、反应时间为3.0h和反应温度为80℃时,制成的固化剂用于水下EP胶粘剂时,其在潮湿环境施胶后立即在水中固化24h,相应胶接件的湿态剪切强度为7.2~7.6MPa;当删(固化剂):40%(相对于EP质量而言)时,室温EP浇铸体的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别为57MPa、12.6%、116MPa和15.6kJ/m^2。
With mixed polyamines(1,6--hexamethylene diamine and triethylenetetramine) ,mixed phenol(phenol, nonyl phenol and m-cresol) and paraformaldehyde as main raw materials,a new phenolic amine curing agent for underwater EP(epoxy resin) was prepared by Mannich reaction,and the optimal process conditions of preparing curing agent were preferred by orthogonal experiment. The research results showed that the curing agent for underwater EP adhesive was prepared when molar ratios of n (phenol) :n (nonyl phenol), n (m-cresol) :n (nonyl phenol), n (mixed phenol) :n (paraformaldehyde), n ( 1,6-hexamethylene di amine ) :n (triethylenetetramine), n (mixed polyamines ) :n ( paraformaldehyde) were 1.5:1,1.5 : 1,0.7:1, 1.0:1,1.6:1 respectively, paraformaldehvde was 0.3 tool. reaction time and temperature were 3.0 h and 80 ~C respectively. The wet-shear strength of corresponding glued sample,which was prepared by immediately curing in water for 24 h after sizing in moist environment, was 7.2-7.6 MPa, and the tensile strength, elongation at break,bending strength and impact strength of EP casting at room temperature were 57 MPa, 12.6%, l 16 MPa and 15.6 kJ/m^2 respectively when mass fraction of curing agent was 40% in EP.
