摘要
采用自制复配双酚F型环氧树脂,5种活性稀释剂,6种固化剂及其他助剂制备混凝土裂缝修复环氧胶粘剂。通过粘度、适用期及力学性能测试对配方进行了筛选。结果表明,自制复配双酚F环氧树脂、活性稀释剂XY692和自制复配固化剂C1的质量比为100∶30∶50时,体系5℃下的粘度为140 m Pa·s,适用期为120 min。固化物压缩强度可达63.2 MPa,剪切强度为17.5 MPa,拉伸强度为30.2 MPa,与混凝土正拉粘接强度为4.1 MPa(混凝土内聚破坏),完全满足GB 50728-2011对混凝土裂缝修复胶的技术要求,解决了裂缝修复胶在冬季低温下注胶难的问题。
The concrete crack repair epoxy adhesives were prepared using self-made compound bisphenol F epoxy resin, five kinds of active diluents, six kinds of curing agents and other additives. The formula was screened through viscosity, pot life and mechanical performance tests. The results showed that when the mass ratio of self-made compound bisphenol F epoxy resin, reactive diluent XY692 and self-made compound curing agent C1 was 100 ∶ 30 ∶ 50, the viscosity of the system at 5 ℃ was 140 m Pa·s, and the pot life was120 min. The compressive strength of the cured material could reach 63.2 MPa. The shear strength and tensile strength was 17.5 MPa and 30.2 MPa, repectively. The bond strength of the concrete was 4.1 MPa(concrete cohesive failure), which fully met the technical requirements of GB 50728—2011 for concrete crack repair adhesive. The problem that the crack repair glue was difficult to inject at low temperature in winter was solved.
