摘要
通过大量试验测定了三种不同种类的沥青在不同设置条件下的表观粘度值,同时又采集了另外91种基质沥青,对60℃表观粘度、动力粘度进行了比较。试验结果表明:在同一温度下,沥青的表观粘度随着剪切频率升高而逐渐降低,同时随着剪切速率的升高,粘度的温度敏感性也在提高;在统计意义上,沥青的60℃真空减压毛细管动力粘度值及变异系数C.V要高于布洛克菲尔德法测定的表观粘度值,用60℃表观粘度值代替动力粘度值是不可取的。
The paper measured the apparent viscosity value of three different kinds of asphalt in different settings through a large number of testing,at the same time,compared 60 ℃ apparent viscosity and dynamic viscosity through collecting another 91 species matrix asphalt.Test results show that the apparent viscosity of asphalt gradually decreases as the shear rate increasing at the same temperature,the temperature sensitivity of viscosity is also improved as the shear rate increasing at the same time;In the statistical sense,asphalt 60 ℃dynamic viscosity value and variation coefficient C.V measured by vacuum decompression capillary is higher than apparent viscosity value measured Brookfidld,so apparent viscosity value instead of dynamic viscosity value is not advisable.
