摘要
针对淀粉、蛋白质、壳聚糖、聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)等生物来源可降解材料和聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)等人工合成可降解材料的加工特性以及近几年在食品包装领域的研究进展进行了综述,并对其在食品包装领域未来的发展进行了展望。
The article reviewed the processing characteristics of degradable materials which came from the biogenic derivation including starch, protein, chitosan and polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) etc. , and it also reviewed the synthetic degradable materials including poly (lactic acid ) (PLA), poly (butylenes succinate) (PBS) and poly (vinyl acetate) (PVA) etc. In addition, research progress of these materials in food packing field was summarized and the prospect of them in food packaging field was looked into.
