摘要
利用SSR分子标记,选用34对带型清晰的多态性引物,对来自美国、前苏联、埃及和新疆自育的52份海岛棉种质资源进行遗传多样性分析.共检测到163个多态性位点,每组合的多态性条带数为2-7条,平均每个引物组合产生4.79条.利用NTSYS-pc2.10e软件采用Jaccard’s相似系数,用UPGMA法聚类分析绘制树状图.结果表明,大部分具有亲缘关系的品种聚在同类中,说明其结果与系谱具有一定的相符性,供试海岛棉品种之间的遗传相似系数为0.54-0.89,以遗传相似系数阈值为0.63时,可将52份海岛棉材料分成3大类:第一类包括新疆自育和来自美国品种,第二类以新疆自育品种为主,第三类包括前苏联和埃及品种.
Thirty four pairs of polymorphic primers from 52sea-island cotton cultivars including USA,USSR,Egypt and Xinjiang were analyzed by using SSR markers.The total of 163 polymorphic loci were found,ther were polymorphic loci primers ranged from 2to 7with an average of 4.79.The NTSYS-pc2.10 e software with Jaccard's correlation coefficient were applied to analyze the dendrogram with UPGMA clustering dendrogram.The result showed that the most of the accessions with genetic relationships in their pedigrees were clustered into the same group,which showed that the result had a certain conform.The genetic resemble coefficient between the tested sea-island cotton cultivars was 0.54-0.89.When threshold value of genetic coefficient was 0.63,then 52 pairs of materials of sea-island cotton can be classified into three main groups:The first group was Xinjiang,the second group was Xinjiang,the third group was USSR and Egypt.
