摘要
芬兰通过优先发展教育,在科技上取得了瞩目成就,使得各国对芬兰的教育刮目相看。芬兰的基础教育理想是让国内所有儿童,都能够接受不同年龄阶段的优质教育。少教多学,少测验、多收获,教育形式多样化而不失公平,构成了芬兰独特的教育改革理念。在平稳的教育改革中,芬兰建立了培养卓越教师的管理机制并形成尊师重教的民族文化。芬兰的国家忧患意识、自我反思精神以及对基础教育和教师教育进行循序渐进式的改革经验,值得我们学习、借鉴。
By giving priority to education development, Finland has made impressive achievements in the science and technology, making the world to take notice of the education in Finland. The educa- tional ideal of Finland is to make all Finnish children receive quality schooling at various ages. The u- nique philosophy of Finnish education is to teach less and learn more, test less and get more, and more diverseness and more fairness. Finland has built the outstanding teacher mechanism and formed the culture of respecting teachers and valuing education. China should not only learn from basic Finnish education and progressive teacher education experiences, but also learn its awareness of unexpected development and self-reflection spirit.
