摘要
以方坯结晶器加工装置的核心部件弧形滑动导轨为研究对象,利用Hyper Mesh有限元前处理软件建立了弧形滑动导轨的有限元模型,通过ANSYS Workbench对模型进行了有限元静动态特性分析,得到弧形滑动导轨的最大挠度变形、最大应力值、固有频率和振型。最后利用ANSYS Workbench中的Design Explorer模块对导轨横截面尺寸进行优化设计。结果表明:在满足强度要求的前提下,降低了导轨的最大挠度变形,减轻了导轨的总质量,提高了导轨的低阶固有频率,减少了导轨的设计周期,提高了市场竞争力,为产品的结构优化设计提供了有效的方法。
Curved Guideway—the core component of billet mold—as the research object. Finite element model of curved guideway was established by Hyper Mesh. Finite element analysis of static and dynamic characteristics were obtained by using ANSYS Workbench. In addition,maximum deformation,maximum stress value,natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained during static and dynamic analysis. Finally,the cross-sectional dimensions of guideway were optimization designed by using Design Explorer module of ANSYS Workbench. The result shows that in a satisfaction of strength requirement premise,the maximum deflection deformation of guideway is reduced,the total weight of guideway is reduced,the low order natural frequency of guideway is raised,the design cycle of guideway is decreased and market competitiveness is raised. The research provides effective optimization method for the structure of the product.
