新型调绳器下承载梁的结构优化设计

摘要 利用ANSYS Workbench软件,以主梁宽度、腹板高度为设计参数,以质量、最大变形量、最大等效应力为目标参数,对其进行了结构优化设计,在满足原工况要求的基础上得出了合理的结构尺寸,为下承载梁的设计提供了依据。 The lower bearing beam which is the main stress component of new adjusting rope device in the work plays an important role. This paper use the ANSYS Workbench software making the optimization of structural design, it ask the length of the main beam and the height of rib as design parameters, the maximum deformation, the maximum equivalent stress and quality as target parameters, it has been obtained the reasonable size on the basis of the requirements of raw condition and provided a basis for the design of the lower bearing beam.
