摘要 以某型掘进机后支撑腿为研究对象,根据掘进机工作状况推导出截割头及后支撑腿的受力公式。研究发现:当截割头上摆角度分别为47.46°和0°时,所受垂直方向作用力分别取得最大值和最小值。利用有限元分析软件Ansys workbench 12.0对后支撑腿进行静力学分析及结构优化设计,使得处于最为恶劣工况下的结构不仅具有足够的强度,而且设计重量大幅度减小,为同类零/部件的设计提供了理论参考,具有一定的实用价值。 Roadheader support legs being regarded as the object of study, the mechanical expressions of the cutting head and sup- port legs are deduced based on the roadheader cutting mechanism working condition. The conclusions manifest that when the swing angle ct is equal to 47.46°and 0°, the maximum and minimum of the vertical force of the cutting head appears. Ansys workbench 12.0 was used to make static analysis and structure optimal design on roadheader support legs. It can not only ensure the strength of the part in the extremely hard conditions but also enduce the design weight to a maximum extent to cut the cost of design,which provides the theory basis for the design of similar parts and has its practical value.
