摘要
振动是影响花键轴工作的重要动力性能之一,也是导致变速箱整机故障的重要原因之一。以小模数花键轴为研究对象,通过Pro/E建立了小模数花键轴的三维模型,并对其进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,研究结果表明:花键轴在工作状态下其临界转速远高于工作转速,不会产生共振。在此基础上,提出采用抗弯扭措施和工艺改善措施、以减小花键轴的振动变形,提高花键轴的动态特性。
Vibration is one of the important dynamic performance which affects the work of the spline shaft,also it is a major failure of machine equipment.Takes the small module spline shaft as the research object,the 3D model of small module spline is established by Pro/E,to carry on model analysis and harmony response analysis.The results show that the critical speed is much higher than working speed in the working state and will not produce resonance. On this basis,the anti-torsion measures and process improvement are proposed to reduce the vibration deformation and enhance the dynamic characteristic.
