摘要
为研究减速箱齿轮的振动特点,避免机构在运行中产生共振,基于Pro/E建立了减速箱齿轮三维实体模型,利用ANSYS将实体导入其工作界面,建立齿轮有限元模型。通过对有限元模型模态分析,得到了齿轮低阶固有频率以及相应的振动模态,可作为减速箱机构设计中外加激励频率避开齿轮固有频率,避免产生共振的数据参考。此外,齿轮的径向最大变形量、von Mises最大应力值及其应力云图,可为齿轮进一步优化设计提供依据。
To study the vibration characteristics of the reduction gear, and avoid the resonance in the actual mechanical operation, a three-dimensional solid model of a reduction gear is constructed by Pro/E software in this paper. And using the import function of ANSYS, the solid model is imported to ANSYS workspace to establish the finite element model. In virtue of dynamic modal analysis, the lower natural frequencies and the corresponding modes of vibration of the gear are obtained as a theoretical reference data to a- void these natural frequencies of inputting the external excitation and eliminate the resonance. Moreover, the maximum deformation in radial direction and von Mises stress neohoaram can also aive a reference to further optimization of the oriqinal desiQn.
