摘要
为了研究电解加工机床主轴的平稳性,以机床主轴箱减速器传动部件蜗轮为对象,在Pro/E中建模,利用无缝连接将模型导入ANSYS Workbench,对蜗轮进行模态分析,得出固有频率和前六阶振型图。结果表明:蜗轮前六阶固有频率主要集中在4500Hz和18800Hz之间,变化范围较大;当传动系统其他零部件尺寸已固定无法做出改变时,可采用减重方法改变蜗轮质量和质量分布,避免蜗轮固有频率与其他零部件固有频率一致。
In order to study the stationarity of machine tool spindle in ECM, taking itsspindle box reducer trans-mission part worm-gear as the studying object,build models in Pro/E and import the models into ANSYS Work-bench by seamless connection, make modal analysis of the worm-gear, and thus get the natural frequency andthe first six vibration mode maps.The results show that the first six natural frequency of the worm-gearare mainly concentrated inthe large range between 4500 Hz and 18800 Hz;when transmission system cannot be changedwith other parts fixed, the weight reduction method could be used to change worm-gearmass and mass distribu-tion to avoid the worm natural frequency the same to that of other parts.
