摘要
苏州商服楼工程钢结构连廊跨度大、质量大、提升高度高。结合工程进度及施工条件,确定了"地面拼装、整体提升"的总体施工方案,并对工程难点进行分析,介绍整体提升的施工流程。运用有限元软件对施工全过程及提升桁架节点进行模拟计算,保证整体提升的安全性和可行性。通过制定提升施工管理措施控制风险,有效保证了提升施工顺利完成。
Steel corridor of a Commercial Service Building in Suzhou is a spatial steel truss structure with long span、large mass and high lifting height.According to the construction schedule and construction conditions,a general construction plan of"ground assembly and integral lifting"was established,the technical difficulties were analyzed and the overall construction process of integral lifting was introduced in this paper.The whole process of construction and truss node lifting were calculated through finite element software so as to ensure the safety and feasibility of the integral lifting.The management measures for integral lifting were developed to control the lifting risk,which guaranteed the smooth completion of the lifting construction and achieved the anticipated goal.
