摘要
中央电视台新址B标段钢结构施工工期紧,作业空间小,安装精度要求高。针对此施工难点,选取桁架低空组装的方法,以减少高空作业。详细阐述液压整体提升安装技术的施工流程、施工方案以及计算机同步控制的关键技术和提升监控措施。成功地实现短时间、小空间安装大构件的预期效果,并达到高空精确安装的目的。施工精度和质量得到保障,工期缩短,施工成本得以降低。
Based on the construction difficulties of steel structures in section B of New CCTV, such as tight schedule, small working space and high precision, the tress assembly in low altitude is adopted to decrease amount of work in high altitude. The measures of hydraulic integral lifting are introduced in detail including construction flow, construction scheme, as well as key technologies of computer synchronous control and hoisting monitoring measures. It aims to accomplish the installation of large members within short time and small space. Besides, accurate installation in high altitude is gained, and construction precision and quality are ensured. The c^ustmction period is shortened to save construction cost.
