摘要
定位精度的重要性是不言而喻的,将会对数控机床的切削精度产生直接且明显的影响。所以,保证数控机床的定位精度便显得尤为重要了。提升数控机床定位精度的方法有反向间隙误差补偿、丝杠螺距累积误差补偿、丝杠间隙补偿等,为提升和保证数控机床定位精度提供了多项优化选择。
It is no wonder that positioning accuracy is important, and it will have a direct and obvious influence on the cutting precision of the NC machine tool.Therefore,to ensure the positioning precision of NC machine tool becomes very important. Directing at the method to improve the positioning precision of machine tool, this paper makes some analysis, it introduces reverse clearance error compensation, accumulative error compensation of screw pitch, screw backlash compensation and other related methods, hoping to provide favourable reference for the improvement and guarantee of positioning accuracy of NC machine tool.
