摘要
位置检测系统对保证数控机床的加工精度和速度起着决定性的作用。文章通过位置检测全闭环控制系统的组成、位移检测与测量、光栅尺在数控车床上的结构设计及与系统相关的各种间隙补偿的适配设置和参数调整,论述了数控车床基于伺服驱动的位置检测直接测量系统全闭环控制的设计与实现。
