微棱镜反光阵列超声振动刨削对刀工艺

摘要 为实现微棱镜反光阵列超声振动刨削加工,对微棱镜反光阵列加工过程中的对刀工艺进行了研究。在理论分析的基础上,提出了三种微棱镜反光阵列超声振动刨削对刀方案,通过实验对三种方案进行了比较。研究表明通过在工作台上装夹一大一小两个待加工工件,其中小型待加工工件用于对刀、大型待加工工件用于最终的加工,能显著缩短对刀时间。试验获得的微棱镜反光阵列超声振动刨削对刀方案,为加工出轮廓精度较好的微棱镜反光阵列提供了保障。提出的对刀工艺对其它微细表面的超声振动刨削加工也有借鉴意义。 In order to realize micro prism reflective array ultrasonic vibration planning,how to conduct tool setting has been researched.Three different tool setting schemes have been presented and the experiments have been carried out in order to compare the advantage and disadvantage of them.In order to shorten the tool setting time,two workpieces have been clamped on the workbench.The smaller workpiece is used to set the tool and the bigger workpiece is used to machine the micro prism array.A good scheme through experiment which has the shortest time of tool setting has been given which can make the micro prism reflective array ultrasonic vibration planing successfully get implemented.The tool setting method proposed can give a reference for other micro fine surface machining.
