摘要
针对数控车床的对刀问题,提出利用磨耗实现数控车床快速对刀的方法,以提高产品的生产效率。在进行单件生产时,应用此方法能提高数控车床的对刀速度,具有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at tool setting issue of NC lathe, wear was used to achieve rapid tool setting of NC lathe, to improve production efficiency. When conducting single-piece production, this method can be used to enhance speed of tool setting fro NC lathe. It has a good prospect.
