摘要
利用PRO/E和PROCAST建立了前盖铝合金压铸的三维有限元模型,分析了压铸模热平衡的形成及模具材料对距模具型腔表面不同位置点的温度的影响。结果表明:导热系数越小,模具材料型腔表面温度波动越大,次表面的温度波动幅度越小。
A three-dimensional finite element model of the die-casting for aluminum alloy front cover was established by PRO/E and PROCAST. The formation of thermal balance forming of die-casting die and the influences of die materials on temperature of the die cavity surface at different locations were analyzed. The results show that the smaller the coefficient of thermal conductivity of die material is, the greater temperature fluctuation of die cavity surface is, and the smaller temperature fluctuation of die cavity subsurface is.
