摘要
本文通过对 MMB1412精密半自动万能外圆密床不同零部件、不同部位、处于不同工况及室温下温升及热位移的实际测定,对机床热平衡时间参数的评定方法进行了实验验证,提出了评定该参数的参考建议;并对该磨床的热态性能做出了初步估价。
In this paper an estimation method on time parametes of machine heat equilibrium is veri-fied empirically and some useful suggestions evaluating,these parameters are presented after practi-cal measurement of temperature rising and hot displacement of MMB1412 precise semi-automaticuniversal cylindrical grinder with it distinct parts,assemblies under various working conditions andtemperature.The hot properties of the grinder are also assessed preliminarily.
