摘要
龙门加工中心滚珠丝杠热变形是机床误差的重要原因之一。根据企业龙门加工中心丝杠传动系统的实际工作状态,建立了丝杠支座温度场和热变形的ANSYS分析模型。通过施加移动热载荷,在ANSYS中求解了丝杠的温度场和热变形,获得丝杠表面温度场分布趋势以及丝杠进给方向的热变形变化情况,在此基础上提出相应的改进建议,为机床优化设计和提高机床的加工精度提供了依据。
The thermal deformation of ball screw is an important reason for the thermal errors of machine tools.According to the actual working condition of ball screw transmission system of Gantry Type Machining Center,establishes the ball bearings temperature field and thermal deformation of ANSYS analysis model.Through exerts moving thermal loads,the temperature field and thermal deformation are calculated in ANSYS.Obtain ball screw surface temperature field distribution trend and direction to the ball into the thermal deformation of change,and based on this,puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement,and provides the basis for the optimization design and machining precision.
