摘要
为了提高中空滚珠丝杠副的冷却性能,基于传热学理论,对滚珠丝杠副进给系统的主要热源分布及热传导进行分析,建立了中空滚珠丝杠副的温度场和热平衡分析的数学模型,并从中空滚珠丝杠副结构参数和使用参数方面分析影响丝杠温升的因素和热平衡的影响因素,最后设计了滚珠丝杠副冷却润滑性能检测试验台,对试验进行验证并分析。由试验结果可知,随着丝杠运行时间的增加,其温升先急剧升高,然后处于相对稳定状态。通过对比试验表明,中空丝杠可使热平衡时间至少缩短50%,并降低热平衡温度。
In order to improve the cooling performance of hollowball screw. Based on heat transfer theory,then analyzed on main heat source distribution and heat transfer of ball screwdrive system. By established a mathematical model of temperature field and thermal equilibrium analysis of the ball screwsystem. And from the aspects of structure parameters and working parameters of hollowball screwof analysis of factors that affect the temperature rise of the screwand the influence factors of thermal equilibrium. Then through cooling lubrication Test bed test and analysis,the results showed that with the increase of running time,temperature of screwhad a sharp rise at first,remained unchanged. By the contrast test,hollowball screwreaches thermal equilibrium time and temperature is decreased.
