摘要 某五轴螺旋锥齿轮加工机床的实际加工精度远小于设计精度,初步判断滚珠丝杠系统热变形是影响高精度机床加工精度的主要原因之一。现提出滚珠丝杠系统热变形导致五轴螺旋锥齿轮加工机床精度低的假设,并通过有限元分析软件Workbench对其进行分析;设计四组有限元热分析对假设进行验证,研究了丝杠系统转速和水平竖直放置对机床热变形的影响,结果证实了假设的正确性。利用验证结果可进行机床结构优化以及指导相似机床设计。 The actual processing accuracy of a five-axis spiral bevel gear machine tool is far less than the design accuracy. Preliminary judgment shows that the thermal deformation of ball screw system is one of the main factors affecting the processing accuracy of high precision machine tools. The hypothesis that the thermal deformation of ball screw system leads to low precision of five-axis spiral bevel gear machine tool is put forward and analyzed by the finite element analysis software “workbench”.Four groups of finite element thermal analysis were designed to verify the hypothesis. The effects of rotational speed and horizontal vertical placement of the screw system on the thermal deformation of the machine tool were studied. The results confirmed the validity of the hypothesis. The validation results can be used to optimize the structure of machine tools and to guide the design of similar machine tools.
