摘要
以机匣加工中心(加工中心)为研究对象,综合考虑机床结构特点、内外部热源的影响,进行整机的热源分析及计算。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对整机进行热特性分析得到整机的温度场与热变形场;对加工中心主要热源进行了温度测试实验,为加工中心结构设计阶段提供热变形理论基础,并进一步为热变形补偿提供依据。
Taking the Casing machining center as the research object,This analysis was comprehensively considered of the machine tool structural features,internal and external heat source. The heat source analysis and calculation of the whole machine is carried out. The temperature field and thermal deformation field of the whole machine were obtained by using the finite element analysis software Workbench ANSYS to analyze the thermal characteristics of the whole machine. Temperature experiment was carried out on the main heat source of the machining center. it proves that the finite element analysis model and method are reliable,which provide reference for structural optimization and thermal error compensation of the Casing machining center.
