摘要
运用DEA模型,分析内蒙古自治区101个旗县区城镇用地效率,揭示土地利用空间分异特征,寻求城镇用地空间格局的优化路径。研究结果表明:(1)内蒙古自治区城镇用地效率平均值为0.510,用地效率整体水平不高,投入产出要素存在一定程度的投入冗余或产出不足。(2)从空间上看,东中西三个空间格局的用地效率空间差异显著,个别地区因产业不同而表现出较大的特殊性。(3)从规模上看,城镇用地效率与经济发展水平有一定的线性关系,城镇用地规模梯度在分布上呈现出"金字塔"型,在不同经济规模下,用地效率规模差异明显。因此,提升内蒙古城镇用地效率、优化空间结构,需要根据各地区资源禀赋和经济发展,因地制宜地进行优化配置。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of urban land in Inner Mongolia including 101 counties in the district,reveal the characters of spatial disparity of urban land use and seek to optimize the spatial pattern of the path based on the DEA model. Results：（ 1） The efficiency of urban land in Inner Mongolia with an average of 0. 510,which was not high on the overall level of land use efficiency. There was a certain degree of insufficient investment and redundant outputs.（ 2） From the space point of view,land use efficiency had significant differences among three regions. At the same time,some where due to different industries land use efficiency showed a greater particularity.（ 3） In terms of size,the efficiency of urban land had a linear relationship with the level of economic development; urban land size gradient was showing a ＂ pyramid＂ type in the distribution.In different economies of scale,the difference of land efficiency was obvious. Therefore,for improving the efficiency of urban land and optimizing spatial structure,we need to master resource endowments and economic development of all regions and optimize the allocation of local conditions in Inner Mongolia.
