摘要
从水资源量、水资源生态环境、水资源供水设施、水资源利用能力和效率出发,共建立了20个指标,运用熵权法、综合指数法以及GIS可视化表达等方法来对河南省18个省辖市的水资源安全状况进行评价.结果显示:河南省水资源空间分布不均,其中豫北、豫中水资源压力最大;河南省水资源安全地域差异明显,最严重的是中部的漯河市、北部的鹤壁市以及西北部的济源市.而郑州市、洛阳市因其水利设施完善、水资源生态环境较好和水资源利用能力高等因素而使其水资源安全属较安全等级;不同城市的水资源安全程度受不同因素影响的强度不一,应根据影响各城市水资源安全的短板因素进行针对性的调控.
Based on the analysis of the pattern in temporal and spatial distribution of water resources in Henanprovince,from the five aspects of water resources,water resource utilization capacity,water use efficiency,waterresources and ecological environment,water resources and water supply facilities,the evaluation index system isestablished. By using entropy weight method,comprehensive index method and GIS space expression,this paperevaluates the water resources security of 18 cities in Henan province. The result shows that water resources areunevenly distributed in time and space in Henan province. Especially,the situation of water resources shortages isvery serious in the city of Jiyuan in the northwest,Hebi in the north and Luohe in the middle. The comprehensiveevaluation of water resources security in 18 cities in Henan province shows that the regional differences of waterresources security in Henan province are obvious,the most serious region is the northwest of Jiyuan,Hebi in thenorth and Luohe in the middle of the city. Although the water resources in Zhengzhou and Luoyang are notabundant,the safety of water resources is relatively safe because of the improvement of water conservancy facilities,the better ecological environment of water resources and the high utilization of water resources. The degree of safetyof water resources in different cities is affected by different factors,which should be adjusted according to thefactors which affecting the safety of water resources.
