摘要
从社会、经济和生态的角度出发,运用DEA模型和Malmquist指数对赤壁市的土地利用效率进行静态和动态评价。结果显示,1996-2009年赤壁市土地利用效率总体水平不断提高,部分年限出现恶化,其中,规模效率低下是影响综合效率的主要原因,技术变化水平是影响全要素生产力的主要因素。根据Tobit回归模型得出赤壁市土地利用效率驱动因子。
From the perspective of ecology, economy and society, paper evaluated static and dynamic land use efficiency of ChiBi based on DEA model and the index of Malmquist. The evaluation shows that the overall level of ChiBi land use efficiency is increasing, several years wors- ened. Low scale efficiency is the main reason for the low land use efficiency of ChiBi. Then, analysis by Tobit model shows the driving forces of land use efficiency of ChiBi.
