摘要
目的探讨四君子汤复方对脾虚小鼠免疫功能的影响及药效物质基础。方法采用大黄水灌胃造成小鼠脾虚模型,分别以小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数、血清白介素-2(IL-2)水平、血清溶血素水平为评价指标,观察四君子汤水煎液、四君子汤总多糖、四君子汤非多糖组分对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果四君子汤水煎液和总多糖均可提高脾虚小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数、血清IL-2水平及溶血素水平,其中四君子汤总多糖影响显著,四君子汤非多糖组分无明显影响。结论四君子汤复方对脾虚小鼠的免疫功能有明显的促进作用,其中总多糖组分为其活性发挥的重要药效物质。
Objective To study the effects of Sijunzi Decoction on immune function of spleen-deficient mice and itseffective material basis. Methods The mouse model of spleen deficiency was established with rhubarb treatment. Thethymus index, spleen index, the content of IL-2 and hemolysin in serum were measured to observe the effects of waterdecoction, total polysaccharide and other components excluding polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decoction on immunefunction of spleen-deficient mice. Results Both water decoction and total polysaccharide could increase the thymusindex, spleen index, content of IL-2 and hemolysin in serum of spleen-deficient mice. Among them, the effect oftotal polysaccharide was the most significant; the components excluding polysaccharide did not show obvious effect.Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction shows obvious enhancement effect on the immune function of spleen-deficient mice.The total polysaccharide is the important substance to achieve pharmacological activity in Sijunzi Decoction.
