摘要
目的模拟实际居住环境,探讨不同装修水平胶合板(胶合板释放物主要为甲醛)连续7、14、28 d暴露对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。方法雌性BALB/c小鼠分别暴露于不同装修水平的胶合板:10倍装修水平组[甲醛含量(3.46±0.260)mg/m3]和3倍装修水平组[甲醛含量(1.03±0.18)mg/m3],吸入染毒,5 h/d,分别暴露7、14、28 d,另设正常对照组[空气吸入,甲醛含量为(0.05±0.02)mg/m3]。实验结束时进行体液免疫功能检测。结果胶合板释放物染毒7 d,3倍、10倍装修水平组,28d10倍装修水平组,小鼠半数溶血值(HC5)0较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。同时,14d及28d 10倍装修水平组溶血空斑数较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胶合板释放物甲醛对小鼠体液免疫功能有抑制作用。
Objective To explore the effects of inhaling exposure to plywood -released formaldehyde on the humoral immune function of mice. Methods Adult female BALB/c mice were exposed to approximately (0.05±0.02)mg/m^3(controls), (1.03±0.18) mg/m^3 (low concentration, 3 m^2 plywood in a volume of 1 m^3 room), or (3.46±0.26) mg/m^3 (high concentration, 10 m^2 plywood in a volume of 1 m^3 room) formaldehyde vapour for 7,14 and 28 consecutive days respectively, 5 hours a day. The humoral immunity test was carried out in the end of exposure. Effects of formaldehyde emissions from plywood on the immunity were studied by the observation of the serum hemolysins lever (HC50) and the plague-forming cell (PFC). Results Compared with control group, humoral immunomodulation was significantly inhibited in exposure groups. Conclusion Inhaling exposure to plywood -released formaldehyde may inhibit the humoral immune function of mice.
