摘要
目的 建立食品中甲醛的快速测定方法。方法 利用甲醛与盐酸苯肼生成盐酸苯腙衍生物的反应 ,用二阶导数单扫描示波极谱法测定生成物。结果 生成物在 - 70 0mV产生一个极为灵敏的二阶导数还原波 ,利用该极谱波测定甲醛 ,无须除 ;检出限为 0 .0 0 3mg/L ,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 4 85 % (n =6 ) ,采用此方法对 16种食品中的甲醛作了测定 ,回收率在 96 %~ 10 2 %之间。结论 二阶导数单扫描示波极谱法是一种快速、简便、准确的食品中甲醛含量的测定方法 ,所测 16种食品中甲醛的含量在 0 .5 92mg/kg~
Objective To establish the method of determining the formaldehyde in the foods.Methods The formaldehyde phenylhydrazone produced by formaldehyde and hydroxylamine hydrochloride reaction was determined by 2 order differential coefficient single sweep polarography.Results Reactant was produced,an extremely sensitive reducing wave with two orders of differential coefficient at -700 mV.Using this method to determine the formaldehyde,needn't get rid of oxygen,limit of detection was 0.003 mg/L,relative standard deviation(RSD)is 4.85%,the rate of recovery is between 96%~102%.Conclusion This method is a rapid,simple and good accuracy method for determination of the formaldehyde in the food.The concentration range of formaldehyde of 16 kinds of food is between 0.592 mg/kg~112 mg/kg.
