摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定不同食品用包装纸中的甲醛和乙醛含量的分析方法.样品萃取溶液通过2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生化后,以乙腈-水作为流动相,在Agilent ZOBAX SB-C18(5μm,Ф4.6 mm×250mm)色谱柱上分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,甲醛-DNPH、乙醛-DNPH的检测波长分别为352,360 nm,2种目标化合物在8.5 min内即可完全分离.甲醛、乙醛在标准曲线质量范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r2均大于0.999 9),其检出限分别为0.003,0.005 mg/kg,定量限分别为0.010、0.015 mg/kg,低中高3个质量分数的加标回收率分别在97.5%-102.3%,94.5%-98.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.0%.该方法操作简便、重现性好、结果准确可靠,运用该方法能快速分析测定食品用包装纸中甲醛与乙醛的含量.
A high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method was established for the determination of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde content in food wrapping paper. Sample extraction solution was derived by2,4- Dinitrophenylhydrazine( DNPH),using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,in the Agilent ZOBAX SB- C18( 5 μm,Ф4. 6 mm × 250 mm) chromatographic column separation,with diode array detector. The detection wavelength of formaldehyde- DNPH and acetaldehyde- DNPH were 352 nm and 360 nm respectively,The two kinds of target compounds can be separated completely within 8. 5 min. Formaldehyde and acetaldehyde were showed a good linear relationship within the scope of the concentration of standard curve( r2≥0. 999 9). The limits of detection were 0. 003 and 0. 005 mg / kg respectively. The limits of quantification were 0. 010 and 0. 015 mg / kg respectively. The average recoveries at three levels were in the range of 97. 5% —102. 3% and 94. 5% —98. 3% with the relative standard deviations( RSD) less than 5. 0%. The method is simple,reproducible,accurate and reliable. The method can rapidly determine the contents of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in food wrapping paper.
