摘要
为测定四君子汤超微粉的作用效果,用利血平复制脾虚小鼠模型,比较分析了不同剂量水平的四君子汤超微粉混悬液和四君子汤传统水煎液对小鼠总抗氧化能力和一氧化氮(NO)的影响,以期为四君子汤超微粉的临床应用奠定基础。结果表明,在总抗氧化能力方面,2个剂量水平(0.15 mL,0.075 mL)超微粉混悬液的作用效果不及传统水煎液;在NO方面,2个剂量水平(0.15mL,0.075 mL)的超微粉混悬液,其作用效果明显优于传统水煎液。
In order to observe the effects of superfine powder on the anti-oxidative ability of sijunzi decoction, resperine was used to induce spleen-deficient mouse model, and the effects of superfined sijunzi suspension and commonly fined sijunzi decoction on the total anti-oxidative ability and NO were detected. The results showed that the total anit-oxidative ability in the two superfined sijunzi suspension groups(0. 15 mL, 0. 075 mL) was remarkably lower than that in commonly fined sijunzi decoction group; the level of NO of the two superfined sijunzi suspension groups(0. 15 mL, 0. 075 mL) was significantly higher than that of commonly fined sijunzi decoction group.
