摘要
目的：探讨使用硅胶假体和透明质酸注射进行美容整形隆鼻术的临床效果。方法随机选取我院2013年2月～2014年5月行美容整形隆鼻术的患者72例，按照患者意愿将其分为观察组和对照组，分别行透明质酸注射隆鼻（观察组）和硅胶假体隆鼻（对照组），对两组患者的手术效果及并发症发生情况进行对比分析。结果两组患者对于隆鼻手术的鼻部外形美观、鼻尖俏挺及总满意度相比，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用透明质酸注射进行隆鼻手术，可有效取得满意的鼻部外观，且安全性较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of use silicone implants and hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty cosmetic plastic surgery. Methods Randomly selected 72 patients cosmetic surgery rhinoplasty from February 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital, according to the patient＇s willingness were divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group adopt rhinoplasty hyaluronic acid injection, the control group underwent silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty results of operations of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The two groups of patients for rhinoplasty nose appearance, nose pretty quite and overall satisfaction compared,P〉0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance.the incidence of complications in patients in the observation group was lower than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionThe use of hyaluronic acid injection performed rhinoplasty, the nose can effectively achieve a satisfactory appearance, and better security.
