成型模具获取耳廓软骨的初步研究

摘要 目的:探索成型模具在耳廓软骨切取中的应用。方法:使用不锈钢制成内径10mm圆形中空套管,管长6cm,底端为环形利刃,上端有螺纹,可与钢芯相连。钢芯全长7cm,截面为圆形,顶端有螺纹与套管相连。钢芯套入钢管并旋紧螺纹后,钢芯底端低于钢管底端1mm。将10只新西兰大白兔左右两耳随机分为实验组和对照组,分别使用成型模具和组织剪切取直径1cm大小圆形兔耳软骨组织,测量两组获取耳软骨所需操作时间和取材组织与修剪后组织的百分比。结果:成型模具能够切取兔耳软骨组织,未出现耳廓对侧皮肤损伤等并发症。实验组获取兔耳软骨组织的操作时间短于对照组的操作时间(P<0.05),实验组获取软骨组织的组织利用率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:成型模具获取兔耳软骨组织的速度高于使用组织剪的速度,且组织利用率高于使用组织剪剪取。 Objective: Explore of application on obtainment auricular cartilage by forming die. Methods: The forming die is made up of steel pipe,steel core,gasket and bottom plate. The steel pipe with sharp bottom is 6 cm in length,10 mm in diameter. The steel core can be connected with steel pipe,and it is 7 cm in length. The bottom ends of steel pipe compare steel core height 1 mm when the steel core is sheathed in the steel pipe and screw thread. 10 rabbits were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,acquisition the cartilage tissue in rabbit ears by forming die and scissors,measurement the operation time and tissue utilization of the two methods. Results: The forming die can cut the diameter 10 mm of the rabbit ear cartilage tissue,none complications such as skin injury on the side of the ear were reported. The operation time of experimental group is less than control group on acquisition the cartilage tissue in rabbit ears( P〈0. 05). The tissue utilization of experimental group is higher than control group on acquisition the cartilage tissue in rabbit ears( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The operation time of the forming die group is shorter than the scissors group on acquisition the cartilage tissue in rabbit ears. The tissue utilization of the forming die group is higher than the scissors group on acquisition the cartilage tissue in rabbit ears. The forming die can improve the cutting speed and the utilization rate of cartilage tissue.
