黄麻纤维低温轧堆法精细化工艺初探 被引量:2

On the Refining Process of Jute Fiber with Low Temperature Pad-bath Method

摘要 为了节能降耗,探讨了低温轧堆技术应用于黄麻纤维精细化处理的可行性.结果表明,除了耗时较长外,轧堆处理不仅有效提高黄麻纤维的线密度,而且显著减少能源、化学助剂和水的消耗.最佳工艺流程为:室温浸渍处理液30min→轧压(带液率100%)→堆置(温度为30°C,时间为4h)→中和→水洗→烘干.处理液的最佳配方为:氢氧化钠40g/L、过氧化氢20g/L、漂白稳定剂30g/L、渗透剂JFC 10g/L. In order to save energy, the feasibility of using low temperature pad- batch for jute fiber refining process was discussed. The results show that the linear density of jute could be effectively improved by pad-bath method, and all the consumption of energy, chemical agents and water significantly diminishes, except for a longer time required. The optimal procedure can be summarized as follows : dipping in the treatment solution for 30 min at room temperature → padding (water pick-up 100% ) → batching (temperature 30℃, time 4h) → neutralization → washing → drying. And the optimum compositions of treatment solution is sodium hydroxide 40 g/ L, hydrogen peroxide 20g/L, bleaching stabilizer 30g/L and penetrant agent JFC 10g/L.
