摘要
为探索黄麻纤维在纤维增强复合材料中应用的可能性,采用碱液对黄麻纤维进行改性处理,研究了碱液浓度和碱处理时间对黄麻纤维性能的影响。探索一种低成本并能改善黄麻纤维的强度、初始模量及延伸度等性能的处理工艺,从而提高生产企业的经济效益。研究结果表明:当碱液浓度为10g/L,室温下碱液处理120min,改性的黄麻纤维具备最佳的力学性能,与未经处理的黄麻纤维相比强度提高18.19%、初始模量提高23%、断裂比功提高10.53%,伸长率较低,满足复合材料增强纤维高强高模低伸的要求。
To explore the possibility of applying jute fiber in fiber reinforced composite material, this paper conducted modified treatment of jute fiber with alkali liquor, studied the influences of concentration of alkali liquor and treatment time on properties of jute fiber, and explored a low-cost treatment technology to improve the strength, initial modulus and extension of jute fiber so as to boost economic benefit of manufacturing enterprises. The results showed that the modified jute fiber had the optimal mechanical property under such conditions as: concentration of alkali liquor 10g/L, treatment time 120 min under room temperature; compared with jute fiber which was not treated, the strength increased 18. 19%; initial modulus improved 23%; breaking energy increased 10. 53%; the elongation was low. In general, it meets the requirements of high strength, high modulus and low elongation of fiber reinforced composite material.
