摘要
将Coolmax用作棉涤仿牛仔面料的纬纱,探讨了碱处理时间对纤维外观形态、纤度、断裂强力、热性能、吸湿透气快干性,以及染色性能的影响,并与普通涤纶纤维作纬纱的面料进行比较。结果表明,经碱减量处理后,面料的吸湿排汗性能、染深性和导电性增加;碱减量时间以35~60 min为宜,以确保纤维一定的纤度和断裂强力;含Coolmax纤维的仿牛仔面料,其成品定形温度应比含普通涤纶仿牛仔面料低5~10℃。
Coolmax fiber is used as the weft yarns of denim-like cotton/polyester fabric. The effects of alkali treating time on the morphology, denier, breaking strength, thermal performance, moisture permeability, quick-drying and dyeing performance of blended fabric are discussed, and are compared with those of polyester weft yarns. The results show that the fabric with alkali deweighting features increased absorbent property, deep color and good conductivity; the optimum alkali treating time is 35 -60 min to ensure appropriate denier and breaking strength. Heat setting temperature of the fabric made of Coolmax fiber is 5 - 10 ℃ lower than that of conventional denim-like polyester fabric.
