组织结构与占比对立体针织物力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 无缝技术将不同组织结构编织于同一立体针织物的横列与纵行而不产生缝份,且服用性能差异明显的组织结构间常有过渡组织。为研究过渡组织对立体针织物在拉伸载荷下力学性能的影响,以3种立体针织物为对象,首先采用实验法建立织物性能标签;然后通过变换组织结构与占比的实验设计分析立体针织物力学性能的影响因素;最后运用线性回归分析试验结果。研究得出:过渡组织的增加会导致织物拉伸回复性能的降低;增加应变性能较差的组织会导致整体应变性能的降低。研究结果不仅丰富了立体针织物的相关研究,也为无缝针织区域性压缩服装的开发提供一定的理论支持。 With seamless technology,different structures can be knitted in the same three-dimensional knitted fab-ric in the horizontal and vertical lines without seams,and there are often transitional structures between the struc-tures with obvious differences in wearability.Taking three kinds of weft knitted fabrics as the research objec,this study explored the effect of transitional structure on the mechanical properties of three-dimensional knitted fabrics under tensile load.Firstly,the fabric performance label was established by experimental method;then,the factors affecting the mechanical properties of three-dimensional knitted fabrics were analyzed by changing the experimental design of structure and proportion;finally,the test results were analyzed by linear regression.The results show that the increase of transition structure will lead to the decrease of tensile recovery properties of the fabric;increasing the microstructure with poor strain properties will lead to low overall strain properties.The research results not only enrich the related research of three-dimensional knitted fabrics,but also provide some theoretical support for the de-velopment of seamless knitted regional compression clothing.
