摘要
目的:观察医学生在临床实习过程中职业防护的培训方法与效果。方法:将实习的医学生按时间顺序随机分为对照组55人,研究组51人。对照组医学生按医院常规带教。研究组医学生在实习之前进行职业防护培训,在临床实习过程中增加职业防护培训和考核。结果:研究组医学生在手卫生的执行、职业暴露后的应急处理和报告、正确使用防护用品及职业暴露相关知识的考核方面均优于对照组。结论:将医学生的职业防护培训纳入到生产实习中,能有效的提高学生的防护能力,减少职业暴露带来的损害。
Objective:To investigate effective training methods of medical students' occupational protection in the process of clinical practice and observe the effects. Methods:The medical students in the clinical practice were randomly divied into two groups according to time order, 55 in control group and 51 in experimental group. For the control group, the routine teaching were used, while for the experimental group, the occupational protection training was used before the practice, and the occupational protection training and examines were applied during the practice. Results:The experimental group did better than control group in hand hygiene, emer-gency management and report after occupational exposure, the proper use of protective equipment and grasping the knowledge related to the occupational exposure. Conclusions:Inclusion of the occupational protection training into the practice of the medical students can effectively improve the medical protective ability, and reduce injury due to occupational exposure.
