摘要
目的评价血清25-羟基维生素D3[25(OH)D3]水平对婴幼儿佝偻病的诊断意义。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析法分别检测152例佝偻病、99例其它疾病和218例健康婴幼儿血清中25(OH)D3含量,并比较不同组别结果间差异情况。结果佝偻病婴幼儿血清25(OH)D3水平为28.45(10.47~54.21)ng/ml,健康婴幼儿血清25(OH)D3水平为28.40(12.80~58.96)ng/ml,两组间差异无统计学意义(Z=1.081,P=0.280);不同病例组婴幼儿血清25(OH)D3营养状况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=237.334,P〈0.01)。结论婴幼儿检测血清25(OH)D3水平后,应及时判断是否存在维生素D缺乏,并结合临床和影像学结论明确诊断佝偻病。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of the serum 25-hdroxy vitamin D3 [25(OH)D3] level in infantile rickets. Methods:Collect 152 infants rickets infants,99 other disease infants and 218 healthy infants as control. Serum were analyzed immediately after centrifugation using the electrochemical luminescence immune analyzer according to the manufacturer′s instructions and compared with their result differencies. Results:The serum 25(OH)D3 levels in rickets infants group and healthy infants group were 28.45(10.47~54.21)ng/ml and 28.40(12.80~58.96)ng/ml respectively. There was no significant difference between these two groups(Z =1.081,P = 0.280). The different concentration in the constituent ratio of the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 between these three groups. There were also no significant differences to be found(χ2=237.334,P〈0.001). Conclusions:Serum 25(OH)D3 level was the independent diagnostic criteria for the infantile rickets disease. It should be combined with clinical and radiographic results to make a accurate comprehensive judgment.
