摘要
本文采用拉网极板生产储能用铅酸蓄电池,极板的铅耗量由原来的13.6 kg/k VAh降低至11.6 kg/k VAh,相同容量节铅约14.7%,成品蓄电池10小时率容量、低温性能及充电接受能力和现行重力浇铸极板生产的蓄电池指标相当,荷电保持能力、均衡一致性和寿命性能明显提升,满足产业化要求。
This paper discusses the development and fabrication of VRLA batteries with expanded plates for energy storage. The consumption of lead was decreased to 11.6 kg/kVAh from 13.6 kg/ kVAh, and the lead saving was 14.7 % while the capacity of batteries was kept the same level. The performance of capacity at 10 hour rate, at low temperature and charge acceptance reached the level as equal as that of batteries with casting grids. And the charge retention, uniformity and cycle-life were improved significantly, thus meeting the requirement of industrialization.
