AGM起停蓄电池高温寿命测试失效分析

摘要 对单格电解液量有差异的AGM起停蓄电池进行SAE J2801测试,并且期间通过在电池单格内置温度传感器的方式收集电池内部温度。单格电解液量减少25 ml会使70 Ah AGM起停蓄电池的SAE J2801寿命减小3~4个单元。而且电池失效时,内部温度明显上升,最高可达99.9℃。 AGM start stop batteries with different electrolyte volume in single cells were tested according to SAE J2801,and collected the internal temperature data of the battery during the SAE.J2801 test process through built-in temperature sensors in single cells of the battery,the test data showed that 25ml reduction of the electrolyte volume in single cells of 70 Ah AGM start stop battery reduced the life of SAE J2801 by 3~4 units,and when the SAE J2801 test failed,the internal temperature of the battery significantly increased,up to 99.9℃.
